Merry Christmas to all (in spite that it's no longer politically correct).

Have a great time.

I have 8.0.0 and no problems with it. I don't know about the next version though.

I found that I needed to change the download name as well. Why it doesn't overwrite the previous version is a mystery but that fixed it. FWIW I'm using the basic version.

Exchange (Outlook) has been working fine for me on 28. <shrug> Not to deny you've got a problem though - I found that one mail site (not exchange) worked fine on my home machine but not on my work machine. 29 fixed that one.

As it's only alpha 0.2 I don't expect Anderson has gotten there if indeed he intends to.

If you have a lot of favorites, set them up in folders. I have about 300 but they are in folders and sub folders so quite easy to navigate.

Sorry Lou, I didn't mean that the code itself could be duplicated but the logic/reasoning behind the coding might be similar. For instance, I might express the same idea in both French and Chinese, assuming I could speak in either. :)

Possibly I'm just too easily satisfied but I don't see AB as lacking a whole lot. IMO, many of the requests are at best unnecessary and at worst bloating an excellent browser. Not that further development is to be avoided but I don't think falling behind is much of a fear. I'll look at/play with Dr ...

I used Lost Googles for a while on a slightly older version of AB and it worked just fine. I don't remember which version but it was fairly recent, 10.17 at least. It looks cool but I didn't find it particularly useful. Just my opinion of course

Agreed. There are lots of apps (weatherpulse in this case) that do the job without bloating AB. Simple and fast is the main appeal. FWIW, I've played with FF and it's add-ons. More trouble than it's worth. Keep it simple.

I'm getting the same error page. AvantFind is not selected. Until Boblink's message, I assumed it was a site issue, not a browser issue. May still be.

This probably isn't worth feeding but what the heck. I'm in here at least once a day, often more. I rarely post unless I think I have something worthwhile or I'm just having a weak moment (like now). But there are very few posts I don't read. I suspect I'm fairly typical. Just as horny suggests, an ...
