The Add-On Bar for Firefox isn't an Avant creation, it's an Add-On created for the Firefox browser to replace Firefox's built-in Add-On bar after the Firefox development team removed it from the browser.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe any extensions made for Chrome are allowed to show outside of the context menu or Chrome's UI. Showing outside of the UI would be necessary for it to appear in Avant since Avant uses a different UI. Firefox allows items to appear in the browsing window, so the Add-On Bar is also viewable in Avant. I'm pretty much Chrome's extensions do not have the same functionality.

- i am aware of it. i meant this feature is incorporated into Avant by developers

In build 2016 Build 5 keyboard shortcuts for chrome extensions do work but the moment chrome is updated to latest version keyboard shortcuts dont respond/work!!
this is an ongoing issue/topic: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=34974

is there a way like in chrome can these extensions be used? in chrome these are listed in toolbar.....
since avant has different interface & no way to list/add these extensions in toolbar so what is the best way to access/use them?

Can Avant developer/s create a bar for managing chrome extensions (similar to the add-on bar provided for Firefox) which would be great help!
Please consider this as a feature request. Thanks.
