Block websites

Is there a way to block websites in Avant browser? Thanks for any reply
Windows 7 Ultimate, Mozilla Firefox 3.6.10, Windows mail, IE9, 8GB Ram, 25 megs DSL,
750g HD, Avast Internet Security , Winpatrol Plus, Spywareblaster, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Not directly AFAIK, but you can do one of the following:

* Use Internet Explorer's (6/7/8) Content Advisor
* Edit your hosts file - see MysteryFCM's site
* Use a DNS provider such as OpenDNS
* Install some Content Control Software

(This is not a definitive list)

Not that i know of . However have you heard of black ice i used to have a free version and the site you want to block you put that sites ip i block then it is blocked . Also i believe you can do this before activating avant just a thought. :)
