Hello,
seems there is a problem with videos via Flash Player. On my Windows 8.1 Pro x64 machine videos will not start, regardless of the currently used engine (IE11 and compatible, and Firefox; Chrome is not working at all).
There is no problem with videos in native IE (11), Firefox, and Google's Chrome.
There is no problem with videos on a Windows 7 (32bit and 64bit tested) machine.

The video shows black? Is there any error message? I tried some videos here but didn't see any problem. Could you please give me a test link?
BTW, please make sure that you don't disable the videos and flash animation under Tools menu.
