Kudos re Faves--expand on that

Congratulations on how easy it is to use IE Faves:
1. no importing muss
2. saving a bookmark is instantaneous(no lag)-- you'd be surprised how slow that is when other browsers attempt to use windows favorites folder.
3. no huge folder mess with faves, imported faves, copy of faves, etc...Mozilla does such a botch job with this.

This is the one main reason that's keeping me using Orca.

The reality is that there isn't one browser out there to allow us to ditch all others:
browser A does not render site B as well as browser C.
however, browser A has features / options better suited for navigating multiple sites than browser C...
and neither of those browsers can render all the pages / features of site F optimally, forcing still another browser G.
So, a lot of us have a mish mosh of browsers with plenty of unsynced favorites, history, cookies, settings, plugins / extensions, etc.
That is particularly unhelpful to those of us who do serious work & research on the internet-- one giant / common repository of History, Bookmark, Plugin & Cookie/Login/Settings(where & when feasible) is de rigeur.

So, the browser that is able to accomplish that(+ advanced tab browsing)is the one that is most likely to win the browser wars.
The simplest way? TWO things required:
1. Just use the default IE folders as much as possible.
2. Develop an app that will import all cookies / settings / logins / history / faves / plugins & extensions / etc. from all other browsers present(auto scan mode for any/all browsers present) into hopefully the IE folders. This app should be able to detect duplicates & ignore / delete as needed.
3. IF Orca should wish / need to use its own custom folders, then the app will need auto-scan & sync capabilities.

The other thing needed-- re tabs..let's save that for another thread.

I agree with what you are saying, but the feedback one gets at times is a bit savage, (You don't know what you are talking about, live with what is given to you, & don't complain.)
