The entire screen is not visable i.e. things are hidden by the windows toolbar at the bottom of the screen. I can't scroll down to see them and auto hiding the windows toolbar does'nt help.
Is this unique to me or do others notice this?

I'm thinking either a program like Windowblinds is at fault, or it's one of the pop-ups with predefined window size.
