I don't think new installs delete old language entries. So, if you have a language from Version 7 that was never updated, it would continue to appear in your list. We ran into some confusion due to this a while ago.

I remember. Thats why I deleted all my lang files and reinstalled build 11 prior to making the above post. 8) :D

They do (or not anymore), except the file is write protected.
