Mouse button actions
1.I would like to see middle click on a bookmark open in a new tab.
2.Also if possible to use the back and foward mouse buttons.
3.Open all "links selected" in new tabs would be good.
Sorry if this is posted elsewhere.

Already requested, http://forum.avantbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?t=6369 and on the Master Request/Suggestion Listhotrippr wrote:I would like to see middle click on a bookmark open in a new tab.
I don't understand what you're asking here. Also if possible to use the back and foward mouse buttons. Open all links selected in new tabs would be good.
Re: Mouse button actions
Most modern mice have 2 buttons on the side for Foward and Back, this doesnt work for me in AVANT but works in all windows explorer, IE, Opra, and FF. Could be a bug? I am unaware if this works for others, as I am new to Avant.
Sorry I should have numbered the suggestions.
As for opening all links selected: Say you have a page with many links, and you want to open some of them or all of them, you could highlight the links then right click, and "open selected links in new tabs".

Re: Mouse button actions
See this thread for help with your back/forward buttons,
http://forum.avantbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?t=16206
Also, I believe there's an extension in the AB extension pack for #3,
http://support.it-mate.co.uk/?mode=Prod ... ensionpack
For future reference please post different requests, questions, or bugs in separate threads.

Re: Mouse button actions
Kind of like Open all Links inThis Page, but more simplified. Sorry I am trying to explain this the best I can. With the current Open All Links In this Page option, you have to check each link you want opened. It would be alot easier if it would just open the links that you have already highlighted with the cursor, without having to look at the Open All Links popup window. So A right click option would give you an option that looks something like this: "Open Selected in New Tabs" or "Open selected in New Windows" or simply "Open in new tabs".
See pic attatched, it illustrates what I am trying to say and this option only opens links selected with one click.

Thank you that was wht I was looking for regarding the Back and Foward buttons.
Update: I have tried AB ext Pack3, the option of "open selected URLs" in ext pack3 shows installed but does not appear in the AB, along with a few others.
Also BigC think we could rename this thread? and trim it down to this problem? Sorry for the mess.

Re: Mouse button actions
No, actually, we're going to lock it since it doesn't follow our posting rules from our MASTER REQUEST/SUGGESTION LIST (READ BEFORE SUBMITTING!!) thread at the top of this forum. Also, because the mouse issue has been noted in many previous threads which can be found through search. Finally, your highlight multiple links to open has also been requested before.
Please understand that not searching before posting and not reading our posting rules isn't just against our rules, but makes the forum harder to search and makes it harder for people to show their support for a request. Just imagine if we kept these three things in one thread and had dozens of people adding their support here for one item, but not the other two... or any other combination you can think of. It also makes things harder on the staff who volunteer here to keep things organized.
We do have a fear of becoming too strict with our moderation, but we need the help of others, too, you know.
I’ve locked this thread to prevent further duplicate posts.
For organizational purposes, this thread will be deleted at a later date
