I have Google as a home page for new tabs. However, if I do not remember to click *in* Google's search box, which occurs quite often, whatever typing goes straight in the address bar. This is terribly annoying.
Is it possible to put the focus -and not only the blinking cursor- into the search box so that visual corresponds to action?
Of course, this should apply for other search engines too that are set as a home page.
Put focus in search box of search engine if used as home page

Maybe Anderson can take a look at this also: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=34984&p=199908
When you start Avant and and start typing in the search bar immediately, Avant always switches to the address bar. Very annoying.
