Hi,
Can't find any detail about the online storage process etc.
1. in tools-options-online storage... check boxes are ticked but all are greyed out
2. i can't see a reference to online storage under any menu item
3. online help provides no help at all
How do I use this service?

To use online storage: File >> My Account >> Switch Account

Thanks... followed the links you sent, can login etc but, its usage still throws me
switch account - get the icon in the status tray... click & force a sync
while I'm in this account, bookmarks (from the file menu) shows nothing... no entries at all
switch account again... orca closes down, restarts and bookmarks are per original
go to another PC...
switch account - login
bookmarks are totally empty
force a sync
bookmarks still empty
switch account again... orca closes down, restarts and bookmarks are per original for this PC... none of the new bookmarks from the 1st pc
also, there's no way to view/manage the stored bookmarks - or even to verify that they are stored???
I guess I'm missing some fundamental info

You can import bookmarks and setting from your local profile to you online profile:
- Log into your online storage account
- File >> Import >> User data from another account
- Select: From my local Orca/Avant Browser profile
- Then select the items to transfer
It also works the other way around.
Remember that when you are logged into Online Storage that this is a separate profile to your local account so you have to manage the import/exports yourself. The synchronise just syncs the temporary local copy of your online profile with that stored on the server.
