Download window

When I'm downloading a file, I have to keep AB opened all the time. Exiting AB when downloading a file, also exits the download.
It does not happen with IExplore.

I am not sure what you mean if you are downloading a file from the internet yes the browser must stay open if u exit the internet the file will stop downloading. So what do you mean you can't shut off IE while in the middle of a download.. I do not understand what you mean :)

Axeman, my english is terrible. Sorry.

Exiting ABrowser, cancels the download. The download window closes. So if I want to download the file, ABrowser must be opened until the download is concluded.

The same doesn't happen with IExplorer. That is... closing IExplorer does not cancel the download. The download window doesn't close. The download continues even if the IExplorer is closed.

Is it clear? :eh:

I might be mistaken, but If I remenber correctly, at least with FF you can, the download window is in the upper lefthand part of the screen. That is to say you can close the browser, or am I confused on this matter regarding Avant?
