You can hide it without any software
Just right click to a file or folder>Properties
And check "Hidden"
IE8(Pro), Microsoft Security Essentials
Main PC:

Secondary PC same as primary but with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate as the OS.

Sure, but it's not a very ergonomic way of doing it. That also doesn't stop a programme accessing the folder or file.

The delete button on your keyboard will hide it pretty darn good. :P

Moby,
Don't bother with hiding them, just use the NTFS permissions to restrict access to admin's only ;)

Post by hoo_b_in_da_doghouse » Thu May 19, 2005 7:11 am

i use easycrypto, myself, if you're wanting to do more than just hide something  don't remember where i got it, but, i'm sure it can be found doin a google search, or something lol dunno if we're allowed to post other links, here, but try hunting around at download.com. they have several catagories of different kinds of programs, you can download... that or do what the "mod" says ^^^^ permission restrict... good luck!

You may post links etc, aslong as they relate to the request (and of course, the sites your linking to, do not install malware as we frown on that )
